 Dr. Ted Baehr is an award-winning producer, world-renowned author, as well as a noted critic, educator, lecturer, and media pundit.  Founder and Publisher of Movieguide® (aka www.movieguide.org ) and Chairman of the Christian Film & Television Commission®, his life’s purpose is to be used of God to redeem the values of the media while educating audiences on how to use discernment in selecting their entertainment.  In addition to his leadership role at Movieguide®, Ted is also the Chairman of the Christian Film and Television Commission.   He’s an author, guest lecturer, a featured guest on several major networks, and holds a doctorate in theology.   In 1979 he was part of an organization that won an Emmy award for best animated special “The Chronicles of Narnia:   The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”.
